We will provide you with a superbill for each visit that contains the proper diagnosis and procedure codes for you to sumbmit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
We do not guarantee reimbursement by any insurance company.
Everyone's benefits are different, so please check with your insurance company regarding your individual benefits and eligibility for reimbursement.
We accept Health Savings Account (HSA) cards and all credit cards.
We accept checks and cash.
We prefer checks.
